Arhaus is seeking a Physical Inventory Specialist to help maintain accurate inventory across stores and 3PL locations. You will perform physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of inventory SOPs. Proficiency with RF scanning, ERP systems, and WMS is required.

Travel 25-30% is expected to coordinate ongoing audits and returns, ensuring compliance with SOX and company policies while collaborating with store teams and 3PL partners.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of inventory control experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Position requires 25-30% travel.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office; experience in WMS or delivery software; RF experience required.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Adapt to change and be open to training.
• Reliable attendance as an essential function.

Mansioni

• Perform physical inventories (PIs) at stores and 3PL locations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Conduct root cause research using systems to identify and adjust inventory (mark in/out).
• Research inventory movement and determine final product disposition; approve disposals.
• Interpret and apply corporate inventory policy; audit reporting with 3rd party providers.
• Use RF scanners, tablets, ERP systems, and delivery portals to validate counts and document results.
• Identify discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages; support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners to ensure accurate prep, execution, and reconciliation of inventories.
• Maintain and improve SOPs for inventory prep, execution, and reconciliation.
• Travel to local and regional stores and 3PL locations as needed.
• Review and process return manifests; build premansifs based on hub schedules; manage transfer manifests in Storis and Excel.
