Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Inventory Control Associate 1 for the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role supports receiving, picking, replenishment and shipping with focus on inventory accuracy.

Starting base pay is $20.10-$21.50/hr, with potential shift differential. Candidates should have warehouse experience and a high school diploma; safety and team collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced DC setting with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts and researching missing products.
• Assist with audits of packed orders to ensure quality.
• Support slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
• Handle special promotional packages and gifts.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with Dotcom orders.
• Follow safety rules and report violations promptly.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
