Job summary

Sephora is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist 1 - Full Time at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. This role performs wave-planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.

You will follow SOPs, train staff, ensure safety and attendance, and support multiple shifts. The starting pay is $21.50–$23.00 per hour, with potential shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution center/warehouse operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
• Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership team and other personnel.
• Follow all safety rules and wear proper work attire; report safety violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
