True Up Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound receiving and outbound shipping, inventory control, and data entry. You will unload, palletize, label, and organize materials, while ensuring accuracy across systems like Excel and Smartsheet.

The role requires the ability to work independently, alongside a team, and potentially supervise temporary staff. A forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English.
  • Physically able to meet demands of the job including lifting.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, check in, and store materials.
  • Unload, handle, and maneuver materials of all shapes and sizes.
  • Palletize and wrap material for secure freight transport.
  • Inventory control and labeling of thousands of items.
  • Complete data entry in inventory system, Excel, or Smartsheet.
  • Participate in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow Inventory Control SOPs.
  • Project kitting with Inventory Control Manager.
  • Analyze layout plans and pull materials for operations.
  • Remove material from packaging and kit for layout.
  • Perform minor assembly with hand and power tools.
  • Oversee temporary associates when needed.
