Job summary

Winsupply is seeking an associate to support efficient warehouse distribution and inventory control in a fast-paced environment. You will receive, unload, pick, crate, palletize, and ship products using RF scanners and a WMS, while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay productive, and follow established procedures. Basic math skills and experience with material handling equipment are preferred for this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug test and background check.
• Proficient on at least one piece of MHE (Class I and/or Class III).
• Needs to have basic math skills to quickly and accurately count, multiply and divide.
• Must be able to use a handheld scanning device and navigate multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Product: unload, crate, prepare for receiving, breakdown, and put-away.
• Shipping Product: pick, crate, prepare for shipping, palletize, and load.
• Achieve and maintain productivity and accuracy standards for tasks.
• Accurately scan all product movement using WMS and/or RF Scanners.
• Report damaged material, short quantities or discrepancies immediately.
• Notify management of facility issues and needs.
• Return equipment to storage areas at day end.
• Count inventory for accuracy.
• Utilize proper lifting techniques and seek help when needed.
• Attend safety training meetings and report injuries.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS safety regulations.
• Adhere to building safety protocols and report violations.
• All other duties as assigned.
