Job summary

Us is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to maintain accurate inventory records and support production with material supply. The role involves loading/unloading, ship/receive duties, and cycle counts in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include crane and forklift certified operations, ERP data entry for receipts and put-away, and assisting with annual inventories and audits. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse/shipping and receiving experience is required.
• Certification in both crane and forklift is required.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive warehouse goods as part of daily operations.
• Assist in put-away after receiving goods into the ERP system.
• Support production with material from the warehouse, including Kanban and material pulls.
• Conduct cycle counts throughout the year.
• Assist with annual inventories and audits of Stiles Machinery and external warehouses.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
