Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, receive and organize deliveries, and assist with general facility upkeep. You will help ensure products and materials are properly handled and readily available for the team.

The role requires forklift certification, a valid driver’s license, and prior warehouse experience. Candidates should be able to count accurately, use basic inventory software, and work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading deliveries preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming truck deliveries, verifying items.
• Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Stock, label, rotate, and organize inventory in designated areas.
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for team members and customer orders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and storage areas.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and report safety concerns.
• Follow company procedures for safe handling, storage, and disposal of products.
• Communicate shortages, damaged items, or supply needs to management.
• Operate warehouse equipment only when trained and authorized.
• Collaborate with team to support timely and accurate operations.
