Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring an Inventory Control Associate in Connecticut for an on-site role. You will audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy while following established safety and internal control procedures.

The position requires 2–5 years of inventory experience, knowledge of WMS software, and forklift familiarity. Typical shift is 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with a Monday–Friday schedule, and pay ranges from $20.40 to $28.10 per hour.

Inventory Control Associate at White Cap…

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
• Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4 PM
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS software.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• RF scanner experience
