Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Inventory Control Associate in Goodyear, AZ. You will audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy across daily order processing while coordinating with buyers and vendors.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in inventory control and knowledge of Oracle ERP. You’ll work in a safety-conscious environment with opportunities for growth and a strong focus on reliability and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control.
• Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Maintains inventory accuracy; completes follow-up to all previous inventory adjustments; completes and reviews cycle counts.
• Receives products from vendors to check for quality; communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds and follows safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
