The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in inventory control, experience in poultry or refrigerated settings, and solid computer skills to manage inventory systems and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, poultry, or refrigerated environments preferred.
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, email).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and full physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Track product movement, lot numbers, dates, and locations; ensure proper product rotation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, QA, and shipping teams; assist with audits.
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation; follow company policies and USDA requirements.
