Job summary

BETA Technologies is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to optimize inventory accuracy and support FAA and SOX compliance across our Vermont facilities. You will analyze data, manage ERP/WMS systems, and drive process improvements in partnership with the Inventory Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Finance, or related field; OR 2+ years in inventory management.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP and/or WMS systems.
• Experience training and mentoring colleagues on system navigation and inventory management procedures.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily workload and operational metrics to support resource planning.
• Report KPI data and support year-end audit requirements.
• Perform location triage to maintain inventory integrity.
• Support FAA certification activities through inventory plans and documentation.
• Assist SOX controls and financial reporting accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis on discrepancies to drive improvements.
• Maximize Plex ERP and Cella WMS capabilities and provide system maintenance.
• Handle inventory movements and resolve Jira tickets with proper documentation.
• Perform material handling tasks including warehouse organization, cycle counts, and picking.
• Assist in onboarding and training materials.
