Job summary

Jetson in Centennial, CO is seeking a sharp, execution-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to own inventory accuracy across our growing warehouse network. This hands-on role requires data integrity, operational discipline, and root-cause problem solving at the source.

You will partner with warehouse teams, procurement, and NetSuite/Arena systems to reflect true inventory levels, support new site rollouts, and drive improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, ABC classification, and reconciliation.
• Experience handling receiving discrepancies, returns, and warranty processes.
• Root cause analysis mindset to fix problems at the source.
• Detail-oriented with comfort handling large data sets.
• Familiarity with Arena PLM and WMS/RF tools is a plus.
• Willingness to use AI tools to automate daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all active warehouse sites and act as data steward for NetSuite/Arena.
• Perform cycle counts, variance analysis, and process manual receipts.
• Support setup of new warehouse sites, including seeding, initial counts, and reorder points in NetSuite.
• Coordinate with systems on WMS configuration and bin structure.
• Log, investigate, and resolve receiving discrepancies in NetSuite/Arena.
• Lead root cause corrective actions for recurring inventory issues.
• Manage quarantine, reverse logistics, and disposition of damaged inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy across the network.
