Job summary

The Inventory Analyst at Cerebras Systems will drive data-driven inventory reporting and analysis across internal warehouses and partner locations. You will own recurring reports, identify variances, support cycle counts, and partner with cross-functional teams to close gaps and reduce inventory loss and risk.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in inventory or supply chain roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, manufacturing operations, logistics, supply chain operations, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve recurring inventory reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Analyze inventory data across sites to identify mismatches and exposure.
• Support cycle count planning and execution and discrepancy tracking.
• Monitor cycle count adherence by site and category.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate issues clearly and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Monitor high-value inventory including serialized items and RMA.
• Reconcile balances across ERP, WMS, partner reports, and counts.
• Track open exceptions like aged orders, pending receipts, variances.
• Develop actionable reporting to guide risk prioritization.
• Build reports that separate operational from financial risk.
• Support inventory control best practices and audit readiness.
• Assist with month/quarter/year-end inventory readiness.
• Maintain audit-ready custody documentation.
• Identify and iterate inventory control processes as needs evolve.
