Job summary

BETA Technologies in Vermont is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Material Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound inventory flow across warehousing and production sites. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and cross-location coordination.

You will handle outbound movements, inbound receiving, ERP recording, cycle counts, and packing/shipping schedules while supporting production and implementing process standard work.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Forklift power lifting equipment experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or startup is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (PLEX, Oracle, SAP etc).
• Familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound material movements to external customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate inbound material movements from receipt to warehousing.
• Collaborate with production to provide materials across locations.
• Perform day-to-day operations including use of powerlifting equipment.
• Record quantities of materials to the ERP system.
