Job summary

Air Hydro Power Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control across the organization.

The role involves cycle counts, receipts verification, data entry in the WMS, and generating management reports while supporting improvements and year-end audits. A high emphasis on accuracy, organization, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with WMS and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with barcode/RFID and inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Avg).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (certification preferred) and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Process and verify inventory receipts with documentation.
• Input data into WMS and maintain records.
• Identify obsolete items and slow-moving stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyses for management review.
• Maintain proper storage location labeling and organization.
• Support process improvements and year-end inventory preparations.
