Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to drive inventory accuracy through RCA, cycle counting, and data-driven improvements. You will own a temp zone within the DC and guide daily workflows while partnering with leadership to resolve issues and implement improvements.

The role requires strong data literacy, familiarity with WMS and SQL, and experience guiding cross-functional projects in a high-volume distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a dedicated inventory or workflow area within a high-volume DC.
• Familiarity with reporting / data querying (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and MS Office.
• Ability to build and interpret inventory trend analysis.
• Proven track record facilitating cross-functional projects with DC/operations leadership.
• Comfortable in leadership capacity during absence of direct management and making sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own root cause analysis on large-value inventory adjustments and cycle count variances, with documentation.
• Manage Recall, DAP, UDR, VFR, Salvage, and Donation protocols with full process fluency.
• Translate quantitative findings into concise, evidence-based narratives for DC leadership.
• Maintain full ownership of the assigned temp zone within the DC and guide daily workflow.
• Conduct cycle counter audits and partner with DC IC Manager on coaching opportunities.
