Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Production Operations Controller to coordinate inbound and outbound activities, manage workforce planning, and drive site performance metrics. You will liaison with Finance, Inventory Management, Sales, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service, in alignment with KeHE’s mission and values.

This role emphasizes data-based decision making, continuous improvement, and adapting to changing business needs while maintaining safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, production or related field.
• Food distribution or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Pre-shift planning with site leadership; review staffing and goals.
• Lead mid-shift adjustments to meet commitments and develop action plans.
• Oversee post-shift debriefs and summarize operations for senior leadership.
• Serve as liaison between departments to maintain seamless workflows and satisfy customer needs.
