KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a data-driven IC Analyst to own inventory analysis within a high-volume distribution center. You will lead root-cause analysis, drive cycle count accuracy, and translate findings into actionable guidance for DC leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field, or demonstrated work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related analytical role within a distribution center.
• Proficiency with WMS platforms; NTS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own root cause analysis on large-value inventory adjustments and cycle count variances with thorough documentation.
• Manage Recall, DAP, UDR, VFR, Salvage, and Donation protocols with process fluency.
• Translate quantitative findings into concise narratives for DC leadership.
• Maintain ownership of the assigned temp zone within the DC and guide daily workflow.
• Conduct cycle counter audits and coach via collaboration with DC IC Manager.
• Establish a bi-weekly cadence with Site Director for temp zone issues and problem solving.
• Serve as IC representative in cross-functional settings, and act as proxy for DC IC Manager in meetings.
