KeHE Distributors, LLC is hiring an Inventory Control Analyst in Stockton, CA. The analyst will own a dedicated temp zone in the DC, drive inventory accuracy, and lead cycle counting activities while partnering with DC leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory control or a related analytical field, strong data literacy, and experience with recalls and inventory adjustments. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position with growth opportunities within an employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or demonstrated work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related analytical role within a distribution center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings in a structured, data-driven format to operations or senior leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory adjustment processes including Recall, DAP, UDR, VFR, Salvage, and Donations.

Responsibilities

• Own root cause analysis on large-value inventory adjustments and cycle count variances, documenting impact and recurrence prevention.
• Manage recall, DAP, UDR, VFR, Salvage, and donation protocols with process fluency and compliance.
• Translate quantitative findings into concise, evidence-based narratives for DC leadership.
• Maintain full ownership of assigned temp zone within the DC, guiding daily workflow and issue resolution.
• Conduct cycle counter audits and coach staff with DC IC Manager collaboration.
• Establish bi-weekly meetings with Site Director to discuss temp zone issues and collaborative solutions.
