Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Kentucky. The role manages cycle counts, SAP system reports, and collaboration with Inventory Control leadership to support accurate inventory and system integrity.

Responsibilities include data processing, variance resolution, and documenting audits. The position requires Excel proficiency, a high school diploma, and prior warehouse/WMS experience, with reach truck and cherry picker familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ Years in a warehouse environment - prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Inventory control documentation, which includes creating new procedures as well as reviewing approved procedures.
• Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
• Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information assets as per the company's incident reporting process.
• Process personal data, client data, and employer business-specific data in accordance with customer contracts, company guidelines, and federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from multiple SAP systems.
• Handle special projects and day-to-day activities related to client requests, and daily communication with the Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.
• Support continuous improvement of Inventory Control disciplines and deliver guidance on inventory issues; prepare and provide reporting and documentation daily and weekly.
• Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, coordinate inventory transactions across systems, monitor inbound and outbound components, and complete audit documentation.
