Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Bellmawr, NJ. The role focuses on data management, auditing, and regulatory compliance within METRC/Biotrack systems, supporting cultivation operations and audits.

The candidate will perform daily and weekly inventories, maintain accurate logs, and collaborate with the Compliance Manager and Cultivation team to ensure traceability and data quality across all plant rooms. This position offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data management and auditing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of database systems and data warehouses.
• Experience with data integration from multiple sources and software programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC and Biotrack logs for traceability.
• Communicates with cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC from clone logs.
• Create METRC plant tags for plants.
• Perform weekly counts of each flower room and the Mother Room.
• Verify counts on whiteboards and update hallway displays.
• Audit plant rooms in Biotrack/Metric systems monthly.
• Ensure compliant data entry per regulatory requirements.
• Report discrepancies to management and document actions.
• Assist harvests and upload new plants to rooms in METRC.
• Support monthly audits across departments.
