Job summary

TerrAscend in New Jersey is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee medicated products and production inventories, ensuring accurate tracking and regulatory compliance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will lead the Inventory and Testing Leads and Inventory Specialists, coordinate audits, and ensure timely reporting to meet internal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in inventory management in regulated industries (cannabis is a plus).
• Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire inventory process for medicated products.
• Maintain accurate records of product quantities, including batches and expiration dates.
• Implement inventory controls to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Collaborate with production teams for timely recording of activities.
• Ensure real-time data matching across Wherefour, Metrc, and physicals.
• Generate reports for internal and state reporting.
