About the role Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage data accuracy, compliance audits, and facility reporting in Hammonton, NJ. This role works closely with the cultivation team and Compliance Manager to maintain strict regulatory standards within our production environment.

What you'll do
- Perform weekly physical counts in flower and mother rooms and verify against facility whiteboards.
- Maintain traceability of product movement using METRC and Biotrack systems.
- Create plant tags and assist with new plantings based on clone logs.
- Conduct monthly audits of all plant rooms, including Mom, Veg, and Clone areas.
- Document and report any inventory discrepancies to management immediately.
- Manage daily waste logs, ensure proper disposal, and remove tags from destroyed plants in tracking software.
- Support the grow team during harvest periods.
- Train staff on data collection procedures and establish internal quality standards.
- Submit weekly compliance reports and evaluate systems for operational improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data management and auditing.
- Advanced proficiency in managing database systems and data warehouses.
- Experience with data integration and extraction across multiple software platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-stress, flexible environment with exposure to dust, pollen, plant pathogens, and cleaning solvents like isopropyl alcohol.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators, Tyvek suits, and hair nets, and work in confined spaces or near loud equipment.
