Job summary

MMD Jersey City is seeking an Inventory Lead to manage inventory intake, METRC compliance, and Blaze POS entries. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, data entry, stocking, merchandising, and coordinating with vendors. You will maintain back room organization and support store operations morning to evening.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory intake and cycle counts.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with METRC compliance and Blaze POS.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Verify delivered orders against On Order Log and contact vendors to correct discrepancies.
• Count units, check quality, verify expiration dates; reject outdated stock.
• Ensure METRC entries and receiving are accurate in Blaze.
• Print and attach product stickers; update Blaze item details (THC%, expiration date).
• Create display cards for Flower and Concentrates; manage back room organization and FIFO stocking.
• Scan invoices to AP for payment; communicate with store team on merchandising standards.
• Maintain organized area for promo units and samples; stock the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers professionally.
