Job summary

Curio Wellness is seeking an Inventory Lead to manage daily inventory operations at the Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa. The role ensures accurate counts, proper receiving, and compliant POS transactions while supporting a high‑quality guest experience.

The candidate will learn METRC processes, assist with ordering, and collaborate with the Compliance and Purchasing teams to sustain efficient operations and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; cannabis/inventory experience preferred.
• METRC Certification required or obtained.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Receive deliveries, create barcodes, and update lab results in POS.
• Learn and operate the POS system and SOPs to ensure compliant transactions.
• Assist with ordering and vendor relationships to maintain stock levels.
• Support PCA team and participate in training to promote cross-functional skills.
