Job summary

Vireo Health in Aurora, CO is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, process orders, and support supply chain operations with a strong emphasis on METRC and ERP compliance.

You will work with the Logistics Manager to keep stock levels optimal, document transactions, and assist with receiving, handling, and shipping in a fast-paced cannabis environment. You must be 21+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience with ERP and METRC systems.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute meticulous inventory audits with attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Prioritize and process orders with precision to enable accurate shipments.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinated order fulfillment.
• Record and report data entries with systematic documentation in the ERP and METRC records.
