Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk on a direct hire basis for our client in the greater Culver City, CA area. Pay ranges from $23-25/hr.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review packing slips against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and enter data into the system.
• Work closely with buyers to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain and update inspection logs for incoming and outgoing materials, while monitoring inventory within the inspection area.
• Coordinate with buyers and the production supervisor to issue materials and kits needed for production builds.
• Pull accessories for sales orders, process returns to suppliers, and manage external processing activities.
• Accurately record all inventory transactions in a timely manner.
• Support inventory accuracy by performing weekly cycle counts and assisting with annual physical inventory counts.
• Keep the warehouse organized, including proper bin labeling, tracking date codes, and following first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to work involving U.S. federal contracts.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
