Job summary

CareTria is seeking an Inventory Auditor to perform audits of client inventories at specified storage sites and manage closeouts. You will follow client rules, finalize reconciliations, and document outcomes using AIMS.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to audit sites. A pharmaceutical background is preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Must have mobile electronic device.
• Must have transportation to audit sites with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills; detail-oriented; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Audit client inventories at client storage sites; follow client rules and finalize reconciliations.
• Complete assignments professionally and timely per Company and Client rules.
• Submit status changes using the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS).
• Review instructions and forms to ensure quality service levels.
• Schedule assignments in line with client expectations and timelines.
• Communicate with client representatives and AIMS management via email, mail, or phone.
