Job summary

CareTria is seeking a field auditor to perform audits of client inventories, inspect storage sites, and manage inventory closeouts. The role requires travel to client locations and the use of the AIMS system for updates and documentation.

You will communicate with clients, adhere to timelines, and ensure quality service while following company policies. High school diploma required; college degree preferred; valid driver’s license and transportation to audit sites are necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, intermediate math skills, attention to detail, and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Audit client inventories at specified storage sites following client rules.
• Finalize reconciliations and complete required documentation.
• Submit assignment status changes using the AIMS system.
• Review instructions and forms to ensure quality service levels.
• Schedule assignments in line with client expectations and timelines.
• Communicate with client representatives and AIMS management via email, mail, or phone.
