Job summary

CareTria is seeking an auditor to perform inventories audits, site inspections, and inventory closeouts. You will follow client rules, finalize reconciliations, and document outcomes using AIMS.

This role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and the ability to travel to audit sites with a valid license and transportation. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and bonuses.

• Basic to intermediate computer literacy required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of client inventories at client specified storage sites in accordance with client rules.
• Finalize reconciliations and complete documentation.
• Submit assignment status changes using the Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS).
• Review instructions and forms to ensure quality service levels.
• Schedule assignments to meet client expectations and timelines.
• Communicate with client representatives and AIMS management via email, mail or phone.
