Job summary

CareTria is seeking an Inventory Audit Specialist to conduct audits of client inventories, perform storage site inspections, and manage inventory closeouts. The role requires handling documentation, reconciliations, and timely updates through the AIMS system.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality service, coordinating with clients to meet timelines, and maintaining clear communication via email and phone. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are preferred for site visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Must have mobile electronic device.
• Must have transportation to audit sites with valid license/insurance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Audit client inventories at client storage sites and finalize necessary reconciliations.
• Complete assignments professionally and timely per Company and Client rules.
• Submit status changes using the AIMS system.
• Review instructions and forms to ensure quality service levels.
• Communicate with client representatives and AIMS team via email, mail, or phone.
