Job summary

CareTria is seeking an Inventory Audit Professional to perform client inventory audits across specified storage sites in California. You will ensure reconciliation per client rules and complete required documentation, while maintaining timely and professional service standards.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to use a smartphone and AIMS for updates. Transportation to audit sites and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, math, attention to detail, and computer skills.
• Must have mobile electronic device.
• Must have transportation to audit sites and valid driver’s license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventories at client storage sites per client rules.
• Complete assignments professionally and timely.
• Submit assignment status changes in the AIMS.
• Review instructions and forms for quality service levels.
• Schedule assignments per client expectations and timelines.
• Communicate with client representatives via email, mail, or phone.
• Utilize smartphone to update AIMS and complete assignments.
