Job summary

CareTria is seeking a field-based Inventory Auditor to conduct client inventory audits at designated storage sites. You will follow client rules, finalize reconciliations, and document results using the AIMS system.

Strong communication and accuracy are essential as you coordinate with client representatives and management. The role requires a mobile device, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; clear written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate math skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and basic software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of client inventories at client storage sites following client rules and document reconciliations.
• Complete assignments professionally and timely per company and client rules.
• Submit assignment status changes via the Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS).
• Review instructions and forms to ensure quality service levels.
• Schedule assignments in line with client expectations and timelines.
• Communicate with client representatives and AIMS management via email, mail, and phone.
