Job summary

Texas A&M University seeks an Inventory & Property Control Coordinator III to manage the input of inventory data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with state and TAMUS guidelines. You will supervise staff, oversee receiving/shipping in the Central Receiving warehouse, and work with PantherBuy and FAMIS/FRS systems to deliver assets to end users.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees input of information in inventory, property, and vehicle fleet management databases.
• Prepares and updates inventory reports and ensures accuracy of records.
• Ensures receipt of signed inventory sheets for capital and controlled equipment.
• Reconciles vouchers with invoices and maintains compliant records.
• Generates monthly inventory reports and trains new staff.
