Job summary

EVEREVE’s Inventory Accounts Payable Coordinator will support various functions within the finance team including downloading invoices, approving inventory payables and other tasks as needed on the finance team. Reporting to the Inventory Accounts Payable Manager, this position will work collaboratively with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal forms to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Self-directed, driven and ready to take ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: download and electronically file PDF invoices and resolve issues with external partners.
• Reconciling Inventory Payables: three-way match PO, receipt, and vendor invoices; research discrepancies in the ERP system.
• Payment Mailing and Filing: mail checks to vendors weekly and file payments; match utility remittances.
• Other responsibilities could include special projects as business needs change and ongoing process improvements.
