Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist to help our store run smoothly by receiving, ticketing and prepping inventory for the floor. You will assist with markdowns, transfers and returns, partnering with store leaders to place product, while maintaining backroom organization.

Expect 8+ hours weekly, handle shipments, QA checks, and keep POS records up to date. You’ll also support web and other store orders and weekly stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem solving.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores.
• Strong organization and computer skills; able to climb a ladder and lift 20–30 lb.
• Move items up to 50 lb with an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values.
• Work at least 8 hours per week on inventory tasks.
• Process new shipments and ensure product QA.
• Maintain purchase order records in the POS and price ticketing.
• Partner with store leaders on product placement on the floor.
• Manage daily replenishment and fulfill web/store orders.
• Conduct weekly checks for vendor returns and transfers.
• Transfer product to other stores or the warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and keep sale area stocked.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Order supplies weekly to keep store operation smooth.
