EVEREVE’s Inventory Accounts Payable Coordinator will support various finance functions, including downloading invoices and approving inventory payables. Reporting to the Inventory Accounts Payable Manager, you will collaborate with the finance team and develop in our growing fashion business.

This full-time role in a home-office setup in Edina MN offers exposure to broader finance operations and a clear path for career growth within EVEREVE.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Teams.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Download and file PDF invoices and resolve invoicing issues.
• Three-way match PO, receiving, and vendor invoices; investigate discrepancies.
• Enter freight billing and assist with payments and filing to vendors.
