Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist in Massachusetts to support store operations with inventory tasks, shipment processing, and replenishment. You will work a flexible 8–30 hour schedule, handle POS records and pricing, and collaborate with store leaders to ensure accurate merchandising and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Collaborative team player with problem-solving ability.
• Detail oriented with good time management and multitasking.
• Able to work independently in stores and self-motivated.
• Strong organizational and computer skills; able to climb a ladder if needed.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds and move up to 50 pounds with a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week performing inventory management tasks.
• Process new shipment deliveries and maintain product quality before styling floor placement.
• Maintain purchase order records in the POS system and manage invoices and price tickets.
• Partner with store leaders on product placement and daily replenishment.
• Manage fulfillment queue for web orders and inter-store transfers.
• Conduct weekly checks for vendor returns and transfers between stores.
• Transfer product to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute markdowns weekly and assist merchandiser with sale sections.
• Keep backroom clean and organized per company directives.
• Order stores supplies weekly and ensure packaging needs are met.
