Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Kentucky to maintain cycle counts and customer reports across SAP systems, coordinating with the Inventory Control Manager and cycle counters. You will drive continuous improvements in inventory controls and ensure accurate reporting and documentation daily and weekly.

You will work with SAP/WMS systems, handle client requests, and maintain inventory integrity while coordinating transactions across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ Years in a warehouse environment; prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Inventory control documentation, including creating and reviewing procedures.
• Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
• Proactively report ethics/compliance issues per company incident reporting process.
• Process personal data in accordance with contracts, guidelines, and laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from multiple SAP systems.
• Handle special projects and day-to-day client requests; communicate with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.
• Support continuous improvement of Inventory Control; provide guidance on inventory issues; prepare daily/weekly reporting and documentation.
• Maintain inventory integrity; resolve variances; coordinate inventory transactions across systems; monitor inbound/outbound components; complete audit documentation.
