Job Description

The Inventory Analyst at Arvato is responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers, providing requested information, acting as a liaison, and ensuring special requirements are executed as requested.

YOUR TASKS
  • Maintain cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems.
  • Handle special projects and day‑to‑day activities related to client requests, and maintain daily communication with the Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.
  • Continuously improve inventory control disciplines, provide guidance on inventory issues, and prepare daily and weekly reporting and documentation related to inventory and productivity.
  • Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, coordinate inventory transactions across systems, monitor inbound and outbound components, and complete audit documentation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with SAP or other WMS.
  • 2+ years in a warehouse environment; prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Experience with inventory control documentation, including creating new procedures and reviewing approved procedures.
  • Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
  • Proactively report ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and breaches in line with the company's incident reporting process.
  • Process personal data, client data, and employer business‑specific data in accordance with customer contracts, company guidelines, and federal and state requirements.
