Arvato is seeking an Inventory Analyst to maintain cycle counts, manage customer reports, and coordinate inventory activity across SAP systems. You will work with the Inventory Control Manager and cycle counters on daily tasks and special projects.
The role emphasizes inventory integrity, variance resolution, and documentation, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance in a 3PL environment. Strong Excel and SAP/WMS experience are required.

The Inventory Analyst at Arvato is responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers. Provide the customer with the requested information. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel. Ensure that special requirements are executed as requested.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory integrity, resolving variances, coordinating inventory transactions across systems, monitoring inbound and outbound components, and completing audit documentation.
