Job summary

Qualifications

• A college degree is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipments for customers according to requirements and provide delivery follow-up.
• Schedule daily pickups with multiple vendors.
• Verify shipment documents against invoice and packing list; ensure cargo matches.
• Notify customers of delays and provide shipment updates.
• Invoice shipments within 2 days and send invoices with backup.
• Resolve issues and report irregularities to supervisor.
