Job summary

Advanced Energy, a global leader in precision power conversion, is seeking an Inventory Analyst II in Denver, CO. You will drive inventory accuracy across multiple sites, manage cycle-count programs, audits, and continuous improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and enhance processes.

The role reports to the Inventory Manager and requires 4–7 years of experience in inventory control, ERP/WMS knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 4–7 years in inventory control, cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Strong ERP/WMS knowledge (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Solid understanding of inventory control and audit standards.
• Experience with SOX compliance is an advantage.
• Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement familiarity.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel; comfortable with Word, PowerPoint, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own overall inventory accuracy performance for assigned sites.
• Ensure adherence to Global Cycle Count Policy and inventory standards.
• Analyze inventory trends and develop corrective actions.
• Drive accuracy improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Review cycle count adjustments and variance investigations.
• Lead root cause analysis of discrepancies and losses.
• Recommend enhancements to inventory control to boost performance.
