US Tool Group is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst II to manage physical inventories, cycle counts and ERP-based transactions at Farmington, MO. You will work with buyers and receivers to resolve quantity discrepancies and support month-end activities.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, inventory controls and process improvements in a climate-controlled facility with benefits and weekly pay. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced with physical inventory processes.
• Knowledge of cutting tools or industrial supplies is a plus.
• Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers and USTG personnel.
• Support physical inventories and cycle counts across locations.
• Perform system inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Generate and distribute reports from multiple databases.
• Attend meetings representing the team and department.
