Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials at our Sedalia, MO facility. You will handle shipping/receiving paperwork, inspect shipments, and operate forklifts and other equipment to move stock and organize storage.

Reporting to Fabrication Supervisor, you will ensure accurate handling, timely processing of orders, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and handling documentation (bills of lading, orders).
• Basic technical understanding of software, hardware, and networks helps in work routines.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• US work authorization is required; background check and drug screen performed.

Responsibilities

• Counts, weighs or measures items to verify against records and reports discrepancies.
• Prepares materials for shipping, including packing and bills of lading.
• Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within plant and yard.
• Ensures accurate stock movement and proper storage of items.
