Job summary

Rails, founded and operating in Los Angeles, seeks an Allocator to manage allocations across DTC channels and support inventory targets for ecom and stores. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be system savvy with intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize initiatives and adapt to changing demands.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocations across DTC channels.
• Responsible for ecom transfers and monthly inventory goals.
• Analyze sales to stock ratios and order flow management, store transfers and back stock allocations.
• Identify inventory opportunities for each location.
• Assist planning team with weekly retail replenishment orders.
• Communicate with warehouse as necessary.
• Assist planning with ad hoc projects and inventory management.
• Assist ecom team with customer service related items.
• Maintain and take accountability for delegated tasks.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information and develop systems knowledge.
• Execute data entry tasks in various planning systems.
