Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking an Allocator to join our Allocation and Merchandising Systems team in Atlanta.

You will support inventory plans for assigned product categories and assist the Senior Planner in achieving company goals, with emphasis on learning allocation tools and building new skills. You will collaborate with Planners, Buyers, stores and DCs to optimize product availability, monitor orders, analyze data in Excel and MicroStrategy, and drive continuous improvement through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
2 years’ retail experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database applications; including building spreadsheets and macros.

Responsibilities

Execute accurate and timely allocations to support inventory plans and store service levels.
Collaborate with Planners and Buyers to develop allocation strategies.
Coordinate with stores and DC to ensure product availability.
Monitor purchase orders and allocation effectiveness.
Manage DC inventory to determine business needs.
Provide reports and ad hoc analyses to cross-functional teams.
Recommend improvements to allocation processes.
