Allocator – Planning Team

We’re partnering with a contemporary fashion brand seeking an Allocator to join their growing Planning team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing inventory and driving business results across retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage allocations across DTC and e-commerce channels to meet monthly inventory goals
• Analyze sales-to-stock ratios, order flow, and backstock to ensure balanced inventory distribution
• Identify sales and inventory opportunities by location to optimize performance
• Support Planning with weekly replenishment orders and ad hoc inventory projects
• Communicate with warehouse and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Maintain data integrity and execute entry tasks across multiple planning systems
• Partner with peers to streamline processes and share best practices

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail allocation, planning, or inventory management
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles four days per week
