• Passion for fashion and up-to-date industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandise allocations using seasonal strategies, targets, trends, and inventory.
• Manage replenishment and optimize stock levels across stores and distribution centers.
• Prepare and analyze reports to monitor inventory and assortments.
• Collaborate with planning, buying, and stores to drive growth opportunities.
• Lead allocation discussions and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
