Qualifications

• 1+ year of merchandise allocation experience or related experience in Assistant Buying/Planning or Replenishment Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Strong retail math knowledge (sales velocity, inventory turn, Weeks on Hand, sell-through).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to partner across teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandise allocations using seasonal strategies, targets, trends, and stock levels.
• Resolve inquiries on allocation and inventory with cross-functional teams.
• Lead bi-weekly allocation strategy meetings to align on goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Planners and Buying to optimize assortments and growth.
• Generate sales and inventory reports to monitor stock vs. demand.
• Provide recommended buy-break quantities aligned with monthly targets.
